At Wee Travels, we prioritize providing our clients with exceptional service while ensuring transparency and clarity regarding the terms and conditions of our offerings. Please take note of the following points for a smooth and enjoyable travel experience:


1. While we strive to cover the maximum number of sightseeing destinations listed in a day, please understand that certain factors such as government restrictions, strikes, heavy snowfall, traffic jams, limited time, closed roads, closed monuments, or unforeseen incidents may prevent us from visiting some places. In such cases, Wee Travels cannot be held liable for any claims arising from these situations.


2. We kindly request all guests to engage in written communication for any discussions, as verbal communication will not be entertained.


3. Meal timings must be adhered to as per the instructions provided by the hotel. Wee Travels will not be responsible for any meals that are not availed by guests.


4. Final confirmation of acceptance should be in written form, and no discounts will be provided after confirmation.


5. To ensure smooth services, Wee Travels reserves the right to make alterations to the tour itinerary.


6. Extra costs may be incurred for unexpected events. Any costs arising from natural calamities or political disturbances are to be borne by the passenger directly at the time.


7. Sightseeing schedules may be rescheduled due to the closure of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of the tour.


8. The package will only be considered booked upon receipt of the advance payment by Wee Travels.


9. Check-in and check-out timings will adhere to hotel policies. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.


10. Base category rooms will be reserved for clients unless otherwise specified by our executive.


11. In hill stations, air conditioning will not be used, particularly in North India and North-East India.


12. All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not at disposal.


13. Flights, trains, stay arrangements, certain sightseeing, adventure activities, or similar services are subject to ideal weather conditions or seasonal periods.


14. Complimentary services cannot be claimed in the form of cash or alternative services.


15. Wee Travels will not be responsible for any no-shows or un-availed services, including missed flights, trains, meals, transfers, or any other booked services. Additional costs may apply for alternative arrangements.


16. Wee Travels shall not be liable for any delays or cancellations due to heavy traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events.
